TEXTING PROGRAM TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Bravo Care sends automated, SMS text messages to individuals who sign up with our services and opt in to Bravo Care texts. Bravo Care texts provide information about your account with us, for example, new jobs for which participants have been hired, cancelled jobs, updates to participants’ account validation status, and updates pertaining to jobs for which participants are booked. Bravo Care also sends two-factor authentication messages to verify that the phone number provided for an account is legitimate and owned by that user.
2. You can cancel Bravo Care texts at any time. Just text "STOP" to the (833) 793-0022. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Bravo Care texts from us. If you want to join again, text "START" to (833) 793-0022, and we will start sending Bravo Care texts to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing support@bravocare.com or calling (833) 793-0022
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive between 20 and 100 Bravo Care texts per week. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
