Bravo Care Privacy Policy

The Bravo Care website and service are provided by Bravo Care , inc ("Bravo Care," "we," "us" or "our"). Bravo Care knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our Privacy Policy for the Bravo Care website (the “site”) and mobile application and the services made available by Bravo Care through that website and mobile application or through downloadable applications we make available to you (collectively, the "Website" or “Service”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Terms of Service.

A user of the Service is hereinafter referred to as a “User,” or collectively, the “Users.”

Data Obtained by Bravo Care

Internet Protocol Address

When you visit and interact with the Site, Bravo Care and/or third parties with whom Bravo Care has contracted to provide services to Bravo Care may collect your Internet Protocol Address.

(“IP Address”), which is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider. This number is identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. We use IP Addresses to monitor the regions from which Users navigate the Site and for fraud prevention purposes.

The Company also collects and uses personal data regarding its employees (“Employee Data”), which may include: name, address, job title and other job information, location, compensation information, identification number, employment history, and a copy of employment agreements.

We may also require you to provide us with your financial information, including billing name, address, Bank account information and credit card number (“Financial Information”).

Only authorized Bravo Care staff has access to your Personal Information in its entirety. Other staff may have access to portions of this information if it pertains to their job duties.

Accumulated and Anonymous Information

Bravo Care collects and stores certain data about the use of the Service on an accumulated and/or anonymous basis. Bravo Care does not link this information to anything personally identifiable to you.

Personal Data

Bravo Care collects personal data only if you voluntarily choose to share such information with Bravo Care. You may browse the Site without disclosing any personal data. However, in order for you to take advantage of particular opportunities provided through the Service, we may require that you furnish personal data. When you register your account, sign up for newsletters, complete forms for optional programs, surveys, contests and other entries, and through communications transmitted through Bravo Care, applications and your use of the Bravo Care mobile application, we collect information including your name, address, phone number and email address. You also may choose to send Bravo Care personally identifying information in email message containing information or inquiries about the Service.

Bravo Care’s Use of Personal Data

Bravo Care uses Personal Data for the following general purposes:

to provide our products and the Service,

for billing, identification and authentication, and fraud prevention,

to analyze Site usage and improve our products and the Service,

to contact you and deliver administrative notices and communications relevant to your use of our products and services,

for internal market research, troubleshooting problems, and detecting and protecting against error, fraud or other criminal activity,

for distribution to third-party contractors that provide services to Bravo Care and partners of Bravo Care who are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this Policy,

to enforce our Terms of Service, and

as otherwise set forth in the Policy.

Although we ensure that our third party agents (“Agents”) receiving your information are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this policy, Bravo Care is not responsible for any issues that may arise regarding the Privacy Policies of any of its affiliates or advertiser. By using this website, you do hereby agree to hold Bravo Care harmless from any claims and/or damages that may arise from the actions of any of its affiliates and/or advertisers.

Two things drive Bravo Care’s decisions regarding the use of information collected from Users: 1) improving user experience by offering personalized services, content and advertising, and 2) market research.

Ads are a standard part of user experience on the Internet, and Bravo Care believes that targeted advertising enhances this experience. Bravo Care may use Cookies and other Technologies and Personal Information to place ads where they believe interested parties will see them.

In addition to banner ads, Bravo Care may advertise products, companies and events that we think might interest you through the email address you provide.

Bravo Care may analyze Personal Information and Web Navigational Data based on your interests and may use the analysis from this information in a way that doesn’t reveal a User’s personal information (“Market Research”) in order to:

Market the Service

Improve the likelihood of a sale to a group of Users

Increase the likelihood that a group's experience with the Service is relevant to its interests as a whole

Bravo Care uses data at the individual level to sell products and services to Users who express an interest in these products and services, through a poll for example, or to Users who can be presumed to have an interest based on results from our Market Research.

Employee Data is only used for the purposes of facilitating the performance of certain administrative tasks and functions relating to general employment and for processing and investigating reports under the Company’s codes and policies ( “Employee Data Purposes”).

We use Financial Information solely as authorized by you in accordance with the Service.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We may use cookies on this Website. As noted above, we do not link the information we store in cookies to any Personal Information you submit while on our Website. Bravo Care’s Security Involving Information Gathered

Your Bravo Care account is password-protected so that only you and authorized Bravo Care staff have access to your account information. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. If someone who represents to you they are Bravo Care staff and asks for any personal account information, including password, check their URL. If it doesn't say they are support@BravoCare, they aren’t. Also, if you share a computer, you should sign out of your Bravo Care account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect your information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third parties.

Bravo Care makes every effort to ensure that your information is secure on its system by backing up data in separate back-up drives and uses public key access encryption and firewalls on both our main and backup servers. We also employ and customer record managers to protect against loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Extremely sensitive information, like credit card numbers, is always transmitted in encrypted form. Only certain authorized Bravo Care staff can access Personal Information, and then only if it is relevant to their job duties. Bravo Care has staff dedicated to maintaining this Privacy Policy and other privacy initiatives, periodically reviewing security and making sure that every Bravo Care employee is aware of our security practices. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Bravo Care cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. While Bravo Care will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of all credit card and all other personal information, we expressly disclaim any liability for any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal and/or financial information stored therein, and you agree to hold Bravo Care harmless for any damages that may result there from. How to Edit Information

Bravo Care believes strongly in giving you the ability to access and edit your personal information. To update your personal info, click Login at the top of any page. There you can view, update and correct your account information. You may edit your account information at any time.

So that we can protect the integrity of sensitive data, there are certain pieces of information, such as your age, that you cannot alter yourself. For example, since children under 18 are not allowed to register as Users, we need to take reasonable measures to preserve the accuracy of our Users' ages. Our databases automatically update any Personal Information you edit in your profile, or that you request we edit. Information transmitted through boards, chats, polls or through any other means remains in our databases and becomes the property of Bravo Care upon submission.

Opt-Out Option

We provide you the opportunity to 'opt-out' of having your Personal Information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example, if you request or provide an Assignment, but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference by emailing Support@BravoCare.com.

We may also provide non-personally identifiable information or aggregated information that does not identify you, to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by emailing Support@BravoCare.com.

You will be notified when your Personal Information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider other than a Counterparty, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

Users Based Outside of the U.S.

Bravo Care and its Service are based in the U.S., and the Company’s offices are headquartered in the U.S. Please be aware that information you provide to Bravo Care that it obtains as a result of your use of the Service may be processed and transferred to the U.S. and be subject to U.S. law. The privacy and data protection laws in the U.S. may not be equivalent to such laws in your country of residence. By using the Website, participating in any of the Service, or by providing Bravo Care with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in the U.S. Bravo Care will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that you data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Who Does Bravo Care Share Information With

We may use a credit card processing company to bill you for Services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use Personal Information for any other purposes. Your interaction with any third party payments service is subject to the terms and conditions provided by such third party.

When you submit information to Bravo Care, it is collected, processed and maintained solely by us or by third party agents who are bound by privacy restrictions at least as restrictive as those set forth in this policy. We may allow our business partners to collect information about Users that is not extremely sensitive Information. If you would like to opt out from the onward transfer of your information to our non-agent partners, you may send us an email at support@BravoCare.com. Include the word "privacy" in the subject line of the email and all your registration information in the body of the email.

Some Bravo Care content is "sponsored by" or "presented by" other companies. Bravo Care shares market research data (how the sponsorship performed, names of contest winners, etc.) collected on this website or via email surveys with these partners. This information is aggregate and not linked to specific users.

Partners may sponsor promotions, contests and sweepstakes that require you to reveal details such as your name, address or phone number. Always check their privacy policy before revealing information about yourself. If you don't want these sponsors to have your personal information, you can choose to not participate.

Bravo Care reserves the right to disclose Personal Information from both private and public areas of this website at our discretion, if required by law or if we are given reason to believe, in our sole discretion, that someone is causing injury to or interference with the rights of Users, the general public, or Bravo Care , to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

We will not transfer to a non-Agent third party any Personal Information that is sensitive in nature, such as information specifying your medical or health condition, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership without your prior affirmative consent.

Finally, Bravo Care reserves the right to transfer, sell and/or distribute all information collected through the Service to an affiliate, subsidiary, or third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or part of our business, assets or stock. We will use our best efforts to ensure that the new entity follows this Privacy Policy with respect to your Personal Information, as and to the extent required by applicable law.

Bravo Care’s Policy Regarding Retaining Information

To preserve the integrity of our databases, we may retain information submitted by Users for an indefinite length of time. If required by law, we will delete Personal Information by erasing it from our database. We will also respond to User requests to delete or correct account or Personal Information, which you can do by contacting Bravo Care at support@BravoCare.com.

Videos and Images

For each User seeking to provide services via the Service (each, a “Professional”) who has provided Bravo Care with any videotape, film, record, photograph, voice, or all related instrumental, musical, or other sound effects, you consent to our use of these materials in accordance with the Terms of Use, available at https://www.BravoCare.com/terms-of-service.

Communication from Bravo Care’s Team, Website, or Mobile Application

Customer Service

Based upon the Personal Information you provide us, we may send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password. We will communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. Privacy Policy Updates & How You Are Notified

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post changes to this Privacy Policy and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and such change will apply with respect to information you provide or your activity on the Website after the change in policy, so please review it frequently. To determine if you are likely to be a suitable Professional, we use your name and social security number to request a background check, which we may use and disclose to the extent set forth in our Terms of Service.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we may use your name and email address to send a newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a way to unsubscribe.

Authentication

We may use a third party to verify your Information, in order to confirm that you have the qualifications and experience that you claim to have, if you are a Professional. If you are an Office, we may use a third party to verify your information, in order to confirm your Office's location, that your Office registered with the Website and your likely need for Professionals of the type you are requesting.

The Website contains links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by Bravo Care. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy policies of such other websites.

We encourage you to be aware when you leave the Website and to read the privacy policies of each and every website that collects Personal Information.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by our Website and through our Services.

Specific Service Announcements

We will send you strictly service based announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.

Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.

Children Under 13 and Teens (Persons 13 to 17 Years of Age)

Our Website is not directed to people under 18 years of age.
